We want you to be satisfied with Divine Dreamer. This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and in-app purchases.
General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are generally final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Apple In-App Purchases
If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple, and refunds must be requested through Apple, not Divine Dreamer. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Divine Dreamer subscription or purchase
- Select "Request a Refund" and choose a reason
Apple reviews refund requests according to their own policies. Divine Dreamer does not control Apple's refund decisions.
Note: Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. You must request a refund separately through Apple.
Stripe Subscriptions
If you subscribed through our website using Stripe, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the app and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization (subject to verification)
- First 7 Days: If you are dissatisfied with your premium subscription within the first 7 days, we may offer a prorated refund
To request a refund for a Stripe subscription, contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- Transaction date and amount
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
Refunds We Do Not Provide
We generally cannot provide refunds in the following cases:
- Subscription cancellations after the refund window has passed
- Change of mind after using premium features for more than 7 days
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle
- Device incompatibility (please check requirements before subscribing)
- User error or misunderstanding of features
How Refunds Are Processed
Timing: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund
How to Cancel:
- Apple Subscriptions: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone
- Stripe Subscriptions: Cancel through the Divine Dreamer app settings or contact us
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. Chargebacks can result in account termination.

Free Trial Refunds
If we offer a free trial period:
- You will not be charged during the trial
- You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
- If you do not cancel, you will be charged at the end of the trial period
- Refunds are not typically provided for charges incurred after a trial period ends
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
