Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with Divine Dreamer. This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and in-app purchases.
General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are generally final. However, I understand that exceptional circumstances arise, and I handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Apple In-App Purchases
If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple, and refunds must be requested through Apple, not Divine Dreamer. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Divine Dreamer subscription or purchase
- Select "Request a Refund" and choose a reason
Apple reviews refund requests according to their own policies. I do not control Apple's refund decisions.
Note: Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. You must request a refund separately through Apple.
Refunds I Cannot Provide
I generally cannot provide refunds in the following cases:
- Subscription cancellations after the refund window has passed
- Change of mind after using premium features for more than 7 days
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle
- Device incompatibility (please check requirements before subscribing)
- User error or misunderstanding of features
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund
How to Cancel: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, then select Divine Dreamer to manage or cancel your subscription.
Free Trial
If I offer a free trial period:
- You will not be charged during the trial
- You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
- If you do not cancel, you will be charged at the end of the trial period
- Refunds are not typically provided for charges incurred after a trial period ends
Changes to This Policy
I may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
